If you are not completely satisfied, the piece can be returned for a full refund, except for any shipping costs to and from our workshop within 30 days after you receive your product. For us to process your refund the sink must be returned back to Mexico with insured shipping via courier only. For us to refund your purchase, the product must also be uninstalled and in perfect condition.
